Isaiah R. Gross

Isaiah Gross was raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota and began his career in criminal defense and family law before transitioning into civil litigation, where he now focuses his practice.
Isaiah represents individuals, families, and businesses in construction disputes, complex civil litigation, property and land use matters including HOA disputes, trust and estate litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, and business transactions and services. He also continues to serve as a Guardian ad Litem for children and adults in need of independent representation.
He became a lawyer to help people navigate the legal system during the most difficult periods of their lives, and that remains the foundation of his practice at Stelting & Gross.
