McKenzie Armstrong joined Stelting & Gross in 2021 and serves as the firm's Managing Paralegal. In that role, she oversees litigation and transactional matters, supports firm partners, and leads the hiring and mentorship of junior staff. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in commercial lending.

McKenzie holds a B.A. in Narrative Nonfiction Writing from Hampshire College and a Paralegal Certificate from Belhaven University. She will begin law school at the University of Colorado Law School in the fall of 2026.
