Rachel joined Stelting & Gross in 2025. In addition to her role as a paralegal, Rachel assists with firm administration. She holds a paralegal certificate from Montana State University-Billings, a B.A. in Literature from Ave Maria University, and a M.A. and Ph.D. in English, from Georgetown University and the University of Denver, respectively. Before a career pivot to the legal profession, Rachel spent time as a nonprofit strategy consultant and as a university faculty member and academic program director.
